MUSKOGEE, Okla. – Muskogee High School softball senior Karsyn York signed with the Murray State College (Okla.) softball program Friday afternoon inside the Indoor Practice Facility on the Muskogee High School campus.
The senior batted .612 in her final fastpitch season for the Roughers leading to her being named to the All-State Large East team, Muskogee Phoenix All-Phoenix Area Fastpitch Most Valuable Player honors, and District 6A-4 All-District recognition.
Murray State College, located in Tishomingo, Okla., are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association. The Aggies were the 2021 Region 2 Division II Champions and finished with a 41-12 record after reaching the NJCAA Division II Softball Championship tournament in Oxford, Ala.
